EVLT - Vascular / Surgical Laser Safety
Laser Safety Certification for Vascular surgical practitioners and physicians conducting Endo-venous laser procedures (EVLT). This course is considered a basic laser safety course as required by The Australasian College of Phlebology . Covering basic laser safety, laser physics and best practice for handling of endo-venous laser devices in a surgical setting.
You will study this course online and have up to 6 weeks to complete your study. There is an interactive workbook to be completed as you progress through the learning slides online. On successful completion of the workbook you will then be required to sit an online multiple choice assessment. (80 % min pass mark) - this will result in a certificate being issued which you can use as evidence of professional development in laser safety.
