Before you decide on a path of study ie: Hair removal, skin rejuvenation, or laser tattoo removal, it is best to become familiar with the regulations that will apply to you.

Operating a light source device and applying it to the skin and knowing what hazards they pose are two different things.
Before anyone undertakes training in how to use a light based device they first need to understand what they are, and the hazards they pose.
Some of our programmes contain laser safety messages, and laser safety information, however they are not the same as being issued a laser safety certificate.

We recommend a new laser safety certificate should be obtained every 3 years. This is due to changes in regulations, terms used, and safety information being updated.
Remember simply holding a laser safety certficate is not the same as being trained as an operator of the light based device. Please check out the options further down our courses page to look for the topic you wish to refresh in as an operator of an IPL or Laser.
