By completing this training they will:
Staff may require an assessment, all training 4 hrs or longer are issued with a digital certificate.

Be confident in applying hazard controls and workplace safety protocols
We come to you to perform the required training on your platform, so training is specific to your device and settings
You pick the day(s) that suit you to be trained (Mon-Fri) *Subject to our availability
How Personalised In-Clinic Training Works
Minimum Hours Required
Auckland region: A minimum of 4 hours (or half day) is required for a booking. Hourly rate is $180 + GST, this covers up to 4 staff max.
Outside of Auckland region: A full day booking is required.
Our daily rate fee is: $1300 + GST for an 8-hour full day of training (with a few short breaks).
This rate covers 4 staff max.
Prefer via Zoom for Theory Training?
Our trainer can run you through your device, and advise on how to maximise the output and gain better results
Our hourly rates are:
$180 + GST per hour for a maximum of 4 trainees.
$230 + GST per hour for up to 6 max. trainees.
Please note, all trainees must have already completed the required theory online pre-requisite knowledge, or have completed a recognition of prior knowledge test.
Larger Team Onsite Training Requests
It is possible in some situation for us to host a larger training group to assist you with having the whole team come up to standards quickly, however our rate is higher.
Our rate is:
$230 + GST for a max of 6 trainees.
Conditions that apply: Sessions must be pre-approved by us to ensure all staff have completed the required theory online prior to our trainer arriving.

The maximum number of trainees accepted in an on-site group (especially for practical sessions) will be advised once we know what training is requested by you. This is generally limited to 4 people for safety reasons.
Travel fees will also be charged for training outside of Auckland – these may include airfare, airport parking, Uber/taxi fee and accommodation if required for overnight stays.

Complete the onsite training request form.
We ask that you provide us with as much information as possible, to better understand your training requirements. If needed we will book a Zoom, phone call, or email you to further discuss needs.

A quote is provided with the number of training hours required to complete your request, and on acceptance.
We will send you a training day schedule.
An invoice for the on-site training is sent for payment in advance of the training day.

Our clinical tutor will attend your clinic and deliver training.
Staff may require an assessment, and all training 4 hours or longer is issued with an attendance certificate for evidence of professional development.
