NZ Laser Training Institute has been affiliated with, and or recognised by the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine since 2015 and has the approval to use its logo. Our Skin Lesion, Skin Cancers and Melanoma Educational programme have been approved and endorsed by the executive committee in 2020.

NZ Laser Training Institute has aligned itself with The NZ Board of Professional Skin Therapies, which is a registered society whom reflect our mission and goals to improve standards and ethics in the beauty and medical aesthetic industry. For membership options visit their website.

The Auckland Council Health and Hygiene By-law Code of Practice 2013 states operators of IPL and Lasers should obtain evidence of professional development. NZLT Institute has trained 60 Environmental Health Officers at Auckland Council in Laser and IPL awareness, and has been advising the council since 2012. Auckland Council highly regards and recognises our certifications, however, are unable to specifically endorse any specific Laser or IPL provider.
